Contact us
No call centre, no ticket desk, no form that swallows your message. This is a small editorial site about dinner, sunset and brunch cruises on San Diego Bay, and the inbox is read by the people who write the pages.
What readers email us about:
- A price that has moved. The tours here reprice with the date, the option and the group size, so if a card reads $125.70 (checked September 2026) for the Flagship harbor dinner cruise and the live listing says something else, we would rather hear it from you than catch it on the next check.
- A listing that no longer matches what we described. Prices shift, menus get trimmed, a buffet dinner cruise drops its included drinks, or an operator pulls a sailing excursion from sale altogether. If a sunset cruise we covered has changed its inclusions or vanished from the live booking page, tell us: that gets corrected fast, because a stale description costs someone their one evening on the bay.
- Anything factually wrong on a page. Which pier an operator leaves from, Broadway Pier versus Grape Street Pier, whether a cruise boards at Mission Bay or the Embarcadero, holiday sailing dates for the Parade of Lights, the duration of a harbor tour: every one of those is checked against a source, and every one of them can change without notice.
- An operator we have missed. If you run a bookable dinner, brunch, sunset or holiday cruise on San Diego Bay or Mission Bay, with a published from-price and a listing that says the same thing on two readings, send the link. There is no fee and no promise of inclusion. We read every submission and reply with a plain yes or no on whether it earns a place on the page.
- Anything the FAQ or the guides do not cover.

What happens next
You get a straight answer, not necessarily a fast one. Corrections come first: a wrong from-price on a buffet dinner cruise, a departure pier listed as Grape Street when the boat actually leaves from Broadway, a sunset sail filed under the wrong category. Those get fixed once confirmed, usually within a day or two, because somebody's one free evening on the water depends on the details being right. Bigger questions take longer, and when an answer would help more readers than the person who asked, it becomes a paragraph in a guide rather than a private reply. No newsletter follows from writing in, nothing gets sold to you afterwards, and your address is not passed on to anyone.
What we cannot do
Bookings are the one thing we cannot touch. No seat held, no date moved, no cancellation processed, no refund chased. The twelve cruises described on this site are sold and run by their own operators, from City Cruises California and Flagship Cruises & Events to smaller sailing outfits on Mission Bay, and every reservation lives on the operator's listing, never with us.
For anything involving a booking you already hold, your confirmation email is the better route. It carries your reference number, the boarding details for the Embarcadero pier or Mission Bay dock, and a direct line to whoever actually runs the cruise. Same-day problems, late changes, a question about where to check in: the operator can act on those and we cannot. If a departure looks doubtful because of weather or anything else, that channel is the only one that can resolve it.
Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you write to anyone. The boarding point first: Flagship Cruises & Events leaves from Broadway Pier, City Cruises boards at Grape Street Pier for dinner cruises and Pier 2 for some harbor tours, and the Mission Bay sunset cruise meets on the west side of town, so the address on your voucher is the one that counts. Then the cancellation window, which most listings here state as free cancellation. The live booking page is the authority on both.
Undecided between a dinner, sunset or brunch cruise? The comparison of cruise types sorts the twelve listings faster than an email thread, and the guides take on the piers, the timing and the holiday sailings behind most of them.
