Privacy policy
This site is a comparison of San Diego Bay dinner, brunch, sunset and holiday cruises, nothing more. There are no accounts to create, no forms to fill in, and no checkout. Whatever you read here, you read anonymously.
What this site collects
One kind of information is gathered, and it is anonymous. The measurement here records page views at a rough, grouped level: how many people opened the page comparing the Flagship harbor dinner cruise with the City Cruises buffet option, whether more readers clicked through to the two-hour sailing experience or the Mission Bay sunset cruise, and the general region and device type a visit came from. It answers practical questions. Did the price table for the twelve cruises actually get used? Did the notes on Broadway Pier and Grape Street Pier departures help anyone plan? It cannot answer who you are, because that is never the question. No email address, name, or card number is collected anywhere on this site. There is no booking form, so there is no payment detail to mishandle, and no account, so there is no password to lose.
Third-party scripts
The analytics tool sets its own cookies. Where a page embeds a map, that map loads from the provider when the page renders, and the provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy rather than this one.
A click on a tour listing takes you to the live booking page, where the operator's own systems take over and set their own cookies. Those belong to the platform, not to us, and its privacy policy governs them. The same applies to any winery or operator site reached from here. The disclosure page sets out who pays what and when.
What never happens
- Sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
- Run advertising networks, retargeting pixels or trackers that follow you across other websites.
- Ask for your email address. There is no newsletter here and no list of subscribers anywhere.
- Take a payment, hold a table on a harbor dinner cruise or place you on a passenger manifest. Every seat, from the $37 (checked September 2026) harbor cruise to the New Year's Eve champagne sailing, is reserved on the operator's own booking page under their terms.
- Run a contact form that passes through our servers. The contact page lists a plain email address instead, so anything you send travels directly from your own mail provider to that inbox with no form processor in between.
Hosting
Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure keeps routine server logs with IP addresses for security and abuse filtering. Those logs are never searched in an effort to profile or name individual readers.
Your choices
Tracking protection, a script blocker or a private window will neutralise the analytics here, and no page depends on it. Everything from the harbor dinner cruise listings to the Mission Bay sunset sail descriptions renders fine with JavaScript switched off. Prefer to skip this site altogether? The disclosure page names every operator directly, so you can book with City Cruises California, Flagship Cruises & Events or Cruise San Diego without passing through here at all.
Questions left unanswered? Send an email. The disclosure page handles the commercial side.
